Tomorrow Will Be Too Late, by Sonny Jackson

Tomorrow would be too late to tell you, “I love you.” Your friendship and love should never have been lost. A sister’s love is a special thing. Something to be treasured. A brother’s love should never be measured.

Reality is said to be like a splash of cold water in the face. Family should be more important than all the riches of the world. A family’s love sparkles brighter than any diamond. It’s twice as valuable as gold.

Apologies can be given a thousand times in one year and still not be heartfelt or warm. But siblings give their love. Give it for life. Sisters and brothers, they shall always be. So I give my love to you and, hopefully, you can give it back to me.

Children are born without prejudice or hate within their hearts. They are taught to respect everything. So what went wrong with me and you? Is it so hard for us to show our love? Didn’t we start as angels from above?

In time our differences must come to pass because tomorrow will be too late to tell each other how much we truly care and how foolish we both have been. Let’s clear this up so that it’ll never happen again.

Exquisite and beautiful is the sister I see. Young and intelligent too. A part of your life I want to be, from the day you were born until you turn one hundred and three. Because tomorrow will be too late to tell you how much I love you.
